Appointments

Procedures are available by appointment. Walk in appointments may be accepted on an 'as-available' basis. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early to each appointment to allow time for completing consent forms, health history forms, etc. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible and we will try to accommodate you. In some cases, we may need to shorten or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Late arrivals and missed appointments affect our staff and other patients. We kindly ask that any changes or rescheduling are made with at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations and missed appointments will be subject to a fee of $50 or the value of treatment, if less than $50.

Treatment Outcomes

How a patient may respond to a given treatment will vary from person to person. It is virtually impossible to predict outcomes and results are not guaranteed. Therefore, payments made for services are for treatments to be performed – not for a specific result. However, we always strive to achieve the absolute best result that we can for you by utilizing state of the art equipment and skilled technicians.

Return Policy

No refunds are made for procedures once they have been performed. If for some reason you are unable to use a pre-paid service, you may transfer your available in-house credit toward other services or products. If series pricing was paid, the treatments previously used may be reverted to regular/full price and the remaining unused portion may be used for in house credit only. Unopened products may be exchanged for alternative products or services within 7 days of purchase.

Treatment Expiration

Your treatment provider will make personalized recommendations regarding the frequency of treatments to achieve the best result possible. Un-rendered, pre-paid services will always retain the original monetary value. However, the cost of treatments may vary over time and may not be equivalent to the current pricing. Spa Bella will work with patients on an individual basis to construct the best plan for you.

Tipping and Gratuity

Tipping is not customary at Spa Bella Medispa for anything other than aesthetic treatments (facials, microdermabrasion, etc) because we are a medical facility. The best tip we can receive is your repeat business and referrals.

Payment Options

Patients are responsible for the payment of treatments at the time they are rendered. Series or packages of treatments that are discounted must be paid in full at the time of the purchase in order to receive the discounted pricing.

We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Cash, Spa Bella Gift Certificates, Spa Week Gift Certificates and Brilliant Distinction coupons (Allergan Products only) are accepted forms of payment.

Spa Etiquette

Please refrain from talking on your cell phone when inside the spa in consideration of other patients. In order to provide safe and comfortable medical spa procedures, children and babies are not permitted in our treatment rooms. Children over the age of 7 may wait in the lobby of the spa. Childrens' behavior and safety are the responsibility of the patient.
